#4) Where can I find help?

Most Rheumatologists (and some Internists and General Practice Physicians) treat Fibromyalgia Syndrome (a.k.a. FMS or "Fibro") with prescription medicines, lifestyle adjustment, and, possibly, suggest you consider massage, chiropractic, acupuncture or an alternative energy method such as Sacred Cellular Healing, SCH. But not all doctors readily give out such referrals. "Pain doctors" often offer pain prescription medicines or shots in an attempt to control your unbearable, intractable pain, however, neither method works extremely well.
*Note: pain doesn't go away until you get rid of it for good. I didn't obtain significant pain relief until I underwent energy healing. That exposed the root cause of my pain and most of my pain left immediately. It has not returned!
Professionals who specialize in Fibromyalgia treatment are often located in major population centers or you may find a few practicing in remote areas. Most are private-pay and the treatment costs are high because of the specialized care that they offer. If what they do works quickly, this might be an avenue to try. However to date, Fibromyalgia is not known to respond swiftly to traditional therapy or medicine. (Yes, you might get a bit of symptom relief from the one of the new drugs, but ask yourself, "Are you getting well? Is your body healing?"
If you answer honestly, you know that you're not that well. The drugs only act as a Band-Aid. Underneath you're probably exactly the same as before. Prescriptions and specialized doctor visits can be quite expensive over the long haul. Plus, the drugs can cause a ton of unpleasant side effects.
You may be one of the people who chooses to self-medicate with "neutra-ceuticals" or health store vitamins and supplements. If you are an expert in that area or can get professional help, that might be another way to go. By all means, most people benefit from vitamin supplementation because: a) our soil is so depleted of the vitamins and minerals that we need to stay healthy, and b) many people with Fibromyalgia have digestion and absorption problems so their body never gets full use of what they eat and drink. *Know that, if what you take in food-wise doesn't get used and absorbed properly, no matter how much you eat, it won't be enough to get you well or even maintain your health!
How many "pills" are enough? When is the next pill one too many? Which products help and which ones are a total waste of your hard-earned money?
I can't tell you that, but I can state with confidence that you can obtain substantial help by getting Sacred Cellular Healing (SCH) work through me. In going through the SCH protocol, I suggest that people take few supplements, except for the "good" multivitamins, minerals and some acidophilus-containing products.
(*Check out the compounds mentioned on the Health Matters Show in my interviews with Kimball Egge. We talk about Young Living therapeutic-grade essential oils and more. They're developed by the Young Living Corporation, a really great business enterprise that I trust with my health and the health of my clients. I promise you that in going through this exercise of checking out this important material, this is worth your time and energy, plus the information is free. Dear one, I know that you want to promote and augment your complete healing. Young Living products are an excellent adjunct means to accomplish that purpose.)
Where can I find someone to help who isn't hundreds of miles away? I need help NOW and I don't want to pay a fortune to get it!
First of all, there are Fibro and Fatigue Centers, Inc., spread out across the United States, but physically getting to them and affording the costs may be difficult. There are also a few private clinics, but you may not live near one of those either. But even if you do live closeby, is that the best course for you? Are you curious about exploring more choices?
At Get Well Health, we offer you two helpful resources:
1) Entrance-level and current information at the Health Matters Show, the hottest "destination" blog and podcast on the Internet today for people who want to get well from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. There you can sign up for teleseminars and all kinds of special products. I'm developing more resources all the time. (See the right column here and on that website for two of them: one report on sleep; the other features all of the information that your doctor is not telling you about getting well!)
2) Private consultations with me, Cinda Crawford about getting personal Sacred Cellular Healing (SCH) work.
I urge you not to delay in getting in touch. Because of time schedules and prep work involved, it sometimes takes weeks to several months before I can begin to work with a new client for the first time. If you don't live near my location, Roanoke, Virginia, I offer SCH work over the phone. This is called a distance session and it works as well as if you drove to Virginia and showed up in person! Energy has no boundaries.
Investigate these 2 outstanding opportunities today. Get personal help and begin "your" healing process!
